  1. Authoreon Systems sells original Microsoft software license keys (Office, Windows, etc.) supplied directly by Microsoft through official partner channels.

  2. All license keys are:

    • Original

    • One-device only (unless explicitly stated otherwise)

    • Lifetime valid with ongoing Microsoft updates.

  3. Installation guides and activation instructions are provided with each purchase.

  4. We do not sell subscription or trial-based licenses unless specifically noted.

4. Delivery

  1. License keys are delivered digitally to the email address or platform account you provide during purchase.

  2. Delivery typically occurs within minutes to 24 hours after payment confirmation.

  3. In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to technical issues, marketplace rules, or stock availability.

5. Pricing and Payment

  1. Prices are displayed in the currency specified on our website or partner marketplaces.

  2. Payment methods are determined by the marketplace or directly through our website.

  3. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

6. Refunds and Replacements

  1. Due to the digital nature of license keys, all sales are final once a key has been delivered.

  2. Refunds or replacements will be issued only in cases where:

    • The license key provided is proven to be invalid or defective.

    • Activation cannot be completed after following our official instructions and support.

  3. If activation issues are caused by user error, incompatible systems, or existing conflicting software, refunds will not apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

  1. Authoreon Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Products.

  2. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the license key provided.

10. Intellectual Property

  1. All trademarks, product names, and software are the property of Microsoft Corporation.

  2. Authoreon Systems acts solely as an authorized reseller and does not claim ownership of Microsoft’s intellectual property.

11. Governing Law
